Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and measurement surveys to ensure accurate project costing.
  • Monitor project costs and budgets, providing regular reports and forecasts to management.
  • Analyse and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project requirements.
