The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for supervising and coordinating field installation, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems on active job sites. This role leads crews to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
Responsibilities

+ Supervise daily activities of I&C technicians and electricians in the field.

+ Plan, assign, and monitor work related to instrumentation and control systems.

+ Interpret construction drawings, P&IDs, loop drawings, and specifications.

+ Coordinate installation of instruments, control panels, junction boxes, and tubing.

+ Oversee terminations, calibrations, loop checks, and functional testing.

+ Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and project procedures.
