Overview

The team delivers reactive, project and planned maintenance services nationwide to Cushman & Wakefield’s client base. The Electrical Supervisor completes electrical and HVAC tasks across the Tauranga/BOP area, identifies opportunities for new work, and escalates them to the client and/or manager. All work is documented for client invoicing and adheres to HSSEQ policies, procedures and legislative requirements.

Key Accountabilities

• Complete electrical and HVAC tasks as required.
• Identify opportunities for new work and elevate them to the client and/or manager.
• Prepare and submit relevant documentation for client invoicing.
• Ensure all work meets HSSEQ policies and legislative requirements.
