Electrical Takeoff Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Takeoff Specialist to perform accurate quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and assist in preparing electrical cost estimates for commercial and residential projects.
Base pay range
$7,000.00/yr - $9,000.00/yr
Schedule
9 AM - 5 PM EST, Fully Remote
Responsibilities
- Review electrical plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Perform detailed electrical material takeoffs (lighting, power, conduit, wiring, panels, devices).
- Measure conduit and cable lengths accurately.
- Identify symbols, legends, and electrical systems.
- Organize takeoff quantities by system and area.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and bids.
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all takeoff data.
