Electrical Technician

Electrical Technician role supports the Technical Supervisor and/or Area Operations Manager by providing reactive and planned preventive maintenance of building engineering systems across multiple sites. The role involves maintenance, fault finding, and repair on low‑voltage electrical distribution and control systems, ensuring compliance with current BS7671 wiring regulations and building safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all low‑voltage electrical distribution and connected power/lighting systems, and undertake PPM routines as assigned.
• Maintain equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures connected to the electrical systems.
• Deliver small works projects as instructed by the AFM and in association with the Projects and Construction team.
• Ensure all repairs and installations are compliant with current BS7671 wiring regulations.
