**Description**:
- Reports To- Electrical Supervisor
- Background- The technician is also responsible for ensuring that his supervisor is made aware of all activities according to procedure, especially when safety is an issue.
- The technician/operator will demonstrate exemplary safety awareness and technical competence in all aspects of maintenance and preservation work on and around the vessel.
- Authority- The Electrical Technician is authorized to perform activities as per the level of Electrical Authorization granted by the UEA or Fleet Electrical Assessor.
- Immediate Subordinates- Subcontractors, Visitors, Vendor Representatives.
