In this role, you’ll be part of our Workshop team and play an important part in delivering Council’s electrical testing and inspection compliance program. You’ll coordinate and undertake the inspection, testing and tagging of electrical leads, 240V appliances and electrical plant and equipment, helping ensure our people can work safely and our organisation continues to meet legislative and internal requirements.

Your day-to-day work will include maintaining the tag and test register, coordinating inspection programs, organising tags, arranging repairs, replacements and calibrations, and working with internal customers and suppliers to resolve equipment issues. You’ll also raise and process purchase orders, support safe work practices and provide responsive customer service across a range of Council teams and sites.
