Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Electrical Testing Supervisor. This position is ONSITE Monday -Friday 8:00m-5:00pm at our Omaha Nebraska Eaton facility.

The Testing Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating all electrical testing activities within the assembly areas to ensure products meet quality, safety, and performance standards. This role provides direct supervision to electrical testers, delivers hands-on technical support for product and component issues, and drives the development and execution of manufacturing quality procedures, training programs, and communication processes.

The Testing Supervisor balances tactical daily execution with strategic improvement initiatives through close cross-functional collaboration, while planning and overseeing the use, calibration, and maintenance of electrical test and process control equipment.
