Must-Haves

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the electrical industry, field service, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, or related technical work
• Previous experience in training, teaching, instructing, coaching, or facilitating employee learning
• Experience with power products, electrical testing, troubleshooting, startup, commissioning, and related field service activities
• Ability to effectively engage, instruct, and support trainees with varying experience levels and learning styles
• Proficiency with training tools, software systems, and multimedia resources preferred.
