Located at the Estates Office, Headquarters Bridgend. The successful candidate will work as part of the Estates & Facilities team delivering a range of functions including Capital Projects, Minor Works Projects, Environmental Projects, management of routine maintenance and facilities, contract management and compliance work for over 100 properties across the South Wales Police estate.

About the Role And Your Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated individual with electrical experience to join our electrical team in providing testing and support services across the South Wales Police area. The successful person will undertake day‑to‑day electrical compliance work, help keep everything compliant with national standards, and may join the on‑call rota for building emergencies once settled.
