Responsibilities


+ Interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications to execute work correctly.

+ Running conduit, pulling wire, installing panels, switchgear, lighting, receptacles, and other electrical components per drawings and specifications.

+ Diagnosing electrical faults, testing circuits, and repairing or replacing defective equipment and wiring.

+ Operating hand and power tools, testing equipment (multimeters, megohmmeters, etc.), and using materials efficiently to minimize waste.

+ Performing all work in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local jurisdiction requirements, without requiring constant supervision.
