**_About the Opportunity_**

This is an open position with Fleet Operations, MonPower, a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp. [MP]

There are two open positions based at the Harrison Plant.

**Job Summary:**

Works with and directs others in performing skilled electrical maintenance and construction, such as: testing, trouble-shooting, adjusting, calibrating, overhaul and construction on plant electrical equipment, circuits, systems and apparatus. Employee will be expected to lead other electricians on maintenance and project assignments.

**Responsibilities Include:**

+ Maintaining and repairing generators, exciters, M.G. Sets, motors and associated equipment; conduct motor inspection, bearing replacement, and motor alignment. Resurfacing and reconditioning commutators and collector rings, replacing and adjusting brushes and brush holders.
