Key Responsibilities Repairs Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and carry out repairs efficiently. Minimise equipment downtime and prevent further damage through prompt fault rectification. Ensure optimal equipment performance by applying relevant technical and engineering standards. Complete and close all maintenance job cards upon completion of work. Support Production by proactively identifying potential issues and resolving process-related problems. Provide reports to the Maintenance Supervisor on repairs, production support, and downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Maintenance Conduct first-off inspections and daily equipment checks on process changes. Perform predictive, preventative, and planned maintenance inspections. Diagnose equipment issues and carry out required maintenance work.
