Your new role

As an Electrician, you will carry out installations, testing andmissioning of electrical systems in line with statutory regulations and industry best practice. You willplete planned maintenance, respond to CAFM‑generated service requests, and ensure tasks are prioritised effectively. Key responsibilities include:

Supervising prisoners during work and training activities.

Managing stock levels and requesting materials as required.

Escorting and supervising contractors under the Local Security Strategy (LSS).

Maintaining regular radiomunication in line with LSS.

Accepting appointments as apetent/authorised person under GFSL safe systems of work.

Driving estate vehicles and operating plant equipment (where qualified).
