**Job Title: Commercial / Institutional Electrician (Campus Environment)**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing electrical systems and equipment across a college campus environment, primarily working with 480V and below. The electrician ensures safe, reliable power distribution and supports both older infrastructure and modern building systems in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform all phases of electrical maintenance, repair, and installation for building electrical equipment and systems across the campus.
+ Work primarily with electrical systems rated at 480V and below, including low-voltage and high-voltage components within that range.
