Ensures that all facility electrical equipment are maintained in good condition. Oversees general facility electrical maintenance; and proper delivery of event‑related utility services. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility electrical systems including panels, feeders, breakers, transformers (as applicable), receptacles, and lighting controls.
• Oversee electrical preventative maintenance of all Stockton Complex sites.
• Conduct routine rounds to inspect mechanical rooms, rooftops, and common areas; identify electrical hazards and service needs.
