Electrician - Social Housing Maintenance

Location: Leicestershire & Peterborough
Salary: £40,000 - £41,000 per annum + 5% Bonus

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established business delivering maintenance and repair services across social housing properties throughout Leicestershire and Peterborough.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and associated works within occupied and void social housing properties. The role requires a strong focus on quality workmanship, safety, and customer service.

The position includes participation in an on-call rota, covering 1 week in every 6-8 weeks.
