Responsible for electroforming process improvement and optimization.
In charge of the lab and chemical analysis.
Carry out and coordinate Process Quality and Yield improvement activities.
Liaise with suppliers on product specification and requirements.
Plan and implement preventive maintenance program to ensure machinery and equipment are at optimal condition.
Troubleshoot and solve quality related problems through analysis and observation using statistical tools.
Any other tasks as assigned.
Manage compliance with ISO, environmental, lab management safety & health regulation and rules at all time including with handling all chemicals and necessary precautions/preventive measures in place to reduce risk.
