/Preferred QualificationsWe are looking for an Electron Beam Product Engineer to join our systems engineering team in Ann Arbor, Michigan! The engineer will be the engineering tool owner for electron beam tools (similar to scanning electron microscopes) and will coordinate tool operating and maintenance activities across multi-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with the KLA global tool user community to ensure local tools are available for engineers worldwide during their work shifts.
Troubleshoot and maintain semiconductor metrology and review tools to maintain both tool performance and uptime at high levels.
Complete critical tool performance calibrations, specification validation, and periodic preventative maintenance.
Monitor local and remote tool performance and uptime and lead efforts to quickly solve problems.
