Overview

JENNY BIRD is a leading jewelry and lifestyle brand focused on lightweight statement designs with a 1% giveback pledge. The eCommerce Coordinator supports the day-to-day maintenance and optimization of the Shopify storefront, focusing on product setup, collection merchandising, reporting, and eCommerce operations. The role reports to the Senior eCommerce Manager and collaborates with cross-functional teams on product launches, site merchandising, sales events, inventory initiatives, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain PDPs (product descriptions, details, metafields) in Shopify, including product information, imagery, pricing, tagging, and collection assignments (collaborate with PD, creative, copy team to collect all relevant information).
