This position will be the part of our after-sale service department. The daily works are as following:

• Troubleshoot and repair company products on component level timely and effectively, e.g. replace flash chips, etc.;
• Visit client from time to time to provide the repair training inside of South Africa and other Africa countries;
• Manage faulty devices and spares from clients via company internal system;
• Prepare the paperwork following the company procedures, e.g. report, operation manual, repair handbook;
• Provide product quality analyses report to HQ as request.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Have basic knowledge of chips verification and recognition;
• At least 5 years repair experiences of replacing and soldering flash chips;
• Have training experiences;
