Roles And Responsibilities

• Security Systems Engineer (Primary Role ACS & CCTV)
• Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of ACS and CCTV.
• Respond promptly to reported incidents, both hardware and basic software issues.
• Conduct on-site visits for root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for ACS and CCTV-related issues.
• Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on system performance, incidents, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for audit, compliance, and SLA purposes.
• Recommend system upgrades or optimizations to enhance reliability, security, and performance.
• Badge & ID Support (Secondary Role Relief)
• Support Badge & ID issuance and photobooth operations as needed, including:
• Photo ID reproduction (PVC, Access Badge, Company ID)
