The Opportunity:
The role involves all aspects of missile testing, from early feasibility studies to in-service support, and provides technical expertise that shapes test strategies, improves processes, and drives technical excellence across programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the definition of project test strategies, technical requirements, and Built-In Test (BIT) architecture, improving specifications across various projects.

Analyse test data, identify trends, diagnose failures, and implement best practices across programmes during development and manufacture.

Mentor team members, support bid activities, and influence technical and strategic decisions.
