Electronic Warfare Engineer

Location: Hybrid from Romsey, Hampshire (2 days onsite)
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum + 6% annual bonus

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Warfare Engineer to join a highly skilled engineering team delivering advanced defence and security capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Electronic Warfare (EW), RF communications, sensor systems, and Position, Navigation and Timing (PNT) technologies, supporting critical national defence programmes.

You will play a key role in the design, development and delivery of innovative EW solutions, providing technical leadership across the full engineering lifecycle.
