**What We're Looking For**
**1–2 years of electronic assembly experience**
**Hands-on soldering experience, including fine-pitch components and PCB assembly**
Ability to read schematics, drawings, and assembly instructions
Experience using hand tools and precision equipment
IPC J-STD and IPC-A-610 certifications preferred/required for electronic assembly work
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
