Overview Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) designs, builds, and supports safety‐critical electronics for power grids worldwide. As an Electronics Technician, you will troubleshoot SEL products to component level, complete failure root‐cause analysis, and process repairs in our Product Hospital in Pullman, WA. Responsibilities Test, repair, convert, and troubleshoot high‐complexity SEL products at the component level. Perform root‐cause analysis of failures and document repair procedures. Develop and maintain knowledge of SEL processes and products to ensure quality and integrity. Provide basic troubleshooting training to junior department personnel. Collaborate with other divisions to satisfy customer needs. Required Qualifications Two‐year degree in electronic engineering technology or equivalent.
