Elementary Daycare Aide
Contract Type: Short-term (February 22 – June 17, 2026)
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Associates Art Degree or equivalent; 4 year BA or BS Degree preferred
- Fluent English language capacity
- Prior experience working in a daycare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled with the understandings of child safety and responsibility
Reports To:
ES Principal or Associate Principal
Performance Responsibilities:
- Understands early childhood development stages and is able to create daily plans that support infant and toddler’s physical, emotional, and social needs through nurturing, age-appropriate care.
