Work Location & Conditions

Location: Levi resort, Lapland (Scandinavian Travel Group office and Secret Hideaway venue).

Main office language: English.

Schedule: Full-time, flexible winter hours (according to agreement).

Contract period: 2 months, fixed‑term to (with a possible extension until transitioning to a Guide position).

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation work in the office: wrapping gifts, decoration, studying material background
• Preparation and closing of the venue
• Acting as Santa's Elf, welcoming families and guiding them through a 60‑minute program

Requirements

• Previous experience as a character performer or Elf in Lapland is a big advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary, amount to be discussed. Base salary covers average 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
• Sunday & public holiday work: 100% pay increase (double pay).
