Silversea is seeking a Head of Guest Experience & Hospitality Excellence to lead the guest experience and frontline hospitality on board a Silversea ship. The role reports to senior hotel leadership and drives standards for service quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for managing all housekeeping functions, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and delivering a consistently high level of service across guest suites, public areas,
