About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll step into a desk aligned to high-value, ongoing demand across the global hedge fund market.

This isn't about starting from zero.

You'll operate within an established platform built over five years, giving you access to elite clients, live mandates and proven deal flow from day one.

You'll be expected to run a full 270 desk, owning both client and candidate relationships, executing complex searches and closing high-value deals.
