We’re working on a rare opportunity for a UK-qualified Share Incentives Lawyer to join a high-growth, internationally focused practice in London, advising some of the most dynamic and innovative companies in the technology and life sciences sectors.

This is not a traditional incentives role. Sitting at the intersection of corporate, tax, and high-growth advisory work, you will be advising fast-scaling businesses – from early-stage ventures through to global market leaders – on the design and implementation of sophisticated equity incentive arrangements. The work is inherently international, with a strong UK/US focus and close collaboration with colleagues across the Atlantic on cross-border matters.
