Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership for Emerging Markets and cross-functional coordination to maintain and grow the portfolio and launch new brands in collaboration with OPCO, Global team, ESO, and regional teams.
• Execute brand strategy, promotional activities, launch preparation, BI/market data management, and lifecycle management for the scope of the portfolio.
• Lead launch excellence and pipeline planning, including defining brand positioning, establishing a launch readiness dashboard, delivering pre-launch training for OPCO, forecasting and resource planning, and developing concrete launch plans with OPCO.
