Work in embroidery software called Pulse to auto-digitize and make edits as well as digitize logos from scratch in DST format
Sewout newly digitized files for accuracy and provide final samples prior to production
Communicate with the Customer Experience team about orders and logos where they have questions or concerns about the artwork
Be able to provide help to the Embroidery machine operators with logos and set-up
Assist with all duties asked of the Supervisor and Lead within the Embroidery Department including being able to perform all duties expected of them when needed
Qualifications
3+ years of experience working with Tajima Pulse or similar digitizing software packages
Must have high attention to detail and very high focus on quality and accuracy
Must have the ability to distinguish between colors
Proficient in English
