Position Overview
The Compensation Analyst will work with Europe and MEA Comp leads in supporting EMEA region. Candidate will also partner with Global Rewards Team.
The role requires the ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders both internal and external, across a complex and dynamic business environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide compensation recommendations and reporting in the areas of data analytics, performance management and compensation administration.
+ Provides support on administrative tasks linked to compensation, benefits and sales compensation to the global EMEA C&B team.
+ Support in job banding review preparation: analyze job responsibilities, activities, duties, requirements and organizational structure.
+ Support to reviewing offers; to develop compensation packages for internal and external hires.
+ Support the implementation and ongoing compensation administration systems and Workday application program.
