EMEA MILTAC Business Manager - Military Sales

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is part of the Teleflex Trauma and Emergency Medicine (TEM) Business Unit and is responsible for leading the overall MILTAC business in the EMEA region. The role includes full commercial ownership of both direct and indirect MILTAC sales channels, including representing Teleflex at major military medical congresses and tactical medicine conferences across EMEA, actively developing relationships with military clinicians, procurement leaders, and defence medical stakeholders as well as leading all regional military programs, NATO/NSPA engagement, COMEDS collaboration, and the development and performance management of all MILTAC distributors across EMEA.
