Job Title: Emergency Case Management Personal Financial Educator (Remote)

Summary - This is a contingent opportunity and would begin work upon the contract award.

Emergency Case Management Personal Financial Educators (ECM PFEs) provides one-on-one consultation, education, training, information, referral, advocacy, and crisis intervention services in support of the Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP). ECM PFEs shall have demonstrated experience providing advocacy or case management services. ECM PFEs provide support via various forms of service delivery, including virtual services via webinar, video, email, and phone, as well as in-person services, and deliver mobile training and emergency case management support to service members and their families in remote locations throughout the world and aboard Navy ships (in port, at sea, or in foreign countries).
