Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora seeks a Clinical Coach (Emergency Department) at Tauranga Hospital on a fixed-term parental leave cover basis. The role is a part-time position (0.7 FTE) focused on coaching and clinical skill development in a busy ED.

You will work directly in the clinical environment with nurses, embedding theory, modelling evidence-based care and real-time coaching to sharpen clinical decision-making.
