Responsibilities Develops, coordinates, publishes, maintains, and distributes the Emergency Action Plans (EAP) and the Occupant Emergency Plan (OEP) for the Site. Responsible for the completion of Emergency Management data reports; receives, compiles, prepares, and submits annual reports. Establishes and coordinates DFAS network exercises to provide training in and testing of emergency/contingency plans, procedures, and programs. Prepares After Action Reports (AAR) and makes recommendations and options for problems encountered. Promotes and supports individual and community preparedness.
