Responsibilities As a EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (TITLE 32), GS-0089-9, you will execute the Emergency Management (EM), Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN), and Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) emergency response, logistics, and training programs.
