Position Summary:

Provides basic life support to patients in the pre hospital and emergency department settings, respecting their age-specific/developmental needs, gender, culture, religion, psychosocial and socioeconomic backgrounds. Operates within the statutory and regulatory framework established by the State of Connecticut Office of Emergency Medical Services at the E.M.T. certification level.
