Uintah Pet Emergency is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Colorado Springs office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, patient triage and maintaining current hospital policy and protocol knowledge.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.


Responsibilities:


+ Manage inbound client communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address client questions, requests and issues.

+ Consult on client/ patient success - Advise clients on how to successfully leverage the product/service based on their unique needs and DVM direction.

+ Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a hospital representative to ensure information given to client is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.
