:Are you calm under pressure, quick-thinking, and passionate about saving lives? Join our frontline team as a Hospital Emergency Response Dispatcher, where every second counts and every call matters. You’ll be the critical link between emergency calls and life-saving medical response, ensuring rapid, accurate, and compassionate coordination of care.

This position will be expected to work holidays and weekends. if they fall within the normal schedule or on call shift. The hours are Tuesday - Friday between 8 am - 18:30, with some flexibility within these scheduled hours.

Supports a centralized 24-hour call center for specific facilities experiencing medical, facility, security, or weather-related emergency events.

Answers, documents, and dispatches all incoming emergency line calls according to established protocols. Follows specific procedures for individual facilities. Initiates notifications via required modalitie...
