**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** As the Emergency Room Technician, you will assist the RN and LPN in the delivery of nursing care of pediatric and adult patients. You will observe through direct personal care and report abnormalities to the RN. You will report to the Unit Manager.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. Observe the physiological health status of the patient on admission to the ER; perform and assist with on-going observation of the patient’s health status during the hospitalization period.
2. Report any health deficits, possible complications to the RN (abnormal vs. increased temperature, decreased sensorium changes in intake and output).
