This structured 1824 month program offers handson experience across a range of departments aiming to build the next generation of leaders in both Commercial and Medical functions.

Program Tracks:

1. Commercial Rotation (2 Vacancies)
Participants will rotate across a variety of key departments including:

• Field Sales

• Marketing

• Customer Excellence

• Market Access

• Support Functions (Regulatory Affairs OEC Quality Assurance etc.)

These rotations will provide broad exposure practical knowledge and the opportunity to work alongside experienced business leaders to develop core commercial capabilities.
