ROLE SUMMARY

The position is mainly responsible to effectively administer the day-to-day operations of the Centre in terms of Centre Presentation, Security, Safety, Cleaning, Engineering, Facilities and Ambience and ensure that all are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet all tenant and customer requirements.

ROLE PROFILE

• Oversee full mall operations including cleaning, security, safety, engineering, and facilities to maintain high standards and compliance.
• Manage service contracts, traffic systems, smart parking, and sustainability initiatives while ensuring KPI/SLA delivery.
• Conduct regular property inspections, audits, risk mitigation, and compliance with Majid Al Futtaim Properties policies and code of conduct.
