This role focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining UAE National talent through various strategic initiatives, including workforce planning, internships, and robust partnerships with universities.

The ideal candidate has 6-8 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably with experience in Emiratization initiatives. They will play a key role in career fairs and employer branding to establish Mashreq as an employer of choice.
