Become a pivotal HR Talent Advisor focusing on employee experience at Plus Company in Toronto. This role emphasizes workplace policy enforcement and engagement initiatives while supporting a diverse workforce.
As an essential partner reporting to the Talent Director, you'll guide managers and employees throughout their lifecycle within the organization. Your experience with performance management and conflict resolution will be key to mitigating risks and fostering a positive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on workplace conflict resolution and performance issues
• Manage complex life-event leaves and return-to-work transitions
• Lead onboarding processes for new team members
• Handle offboarding duties, including severance calculations
• Collaborate on engagement and retention initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on HR or similar
• At least 3 years of HR advisory experience
