Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Lead Job Requirements* We are looking for an Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Lead to own and govern end-to-end employee lifecycle operations for Global and U.S. populations, from onboarding through employee support, payroll interfaces, position lifecycle, transfers, reporting, and offboarding. This role is responsible for process governance, Tier-1/Tier-2 case management oversight, system accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high-quality employee experience across all lifecycle stages.
