We’re looking for an experienced and approachable Employee Relations Business Partner to join our friendly People team.

You’ll provide expert HR and ER support across all Ubico locations, with a particular focus on our three Wiltshire depots. No two days will be the same; you’ll be supporting a range of people‑related matters, always with a practical and supportive approach.

You’ll work closely with managers, helping them find the right solutions and ensuring we handle situations fairly, consistently, and in line with best practice.

Reporting directly to the Head of People, you’ll work closely with the Employee Relations Business Partner for Gloucestershire & West Oxfordshire to deliver a consistent, high‑quality ER service across regions.

You’ll also play a collaborative role in providing cross‑regional support during periods of absence or peak demand.
