Crusoe is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to support workplace concerns, investigations, and policy adherence. This onsite role requires five days weekly at our Denver, CO office, with a people-first, practical approach to resolving issues in a fast-moving environment.

You will work closely with senior People and Legal teams to apply employment laws and support managers across the organization. A strong listener with judgment is essential.
